A website has been set up whereby you can report a car speeding or driving dangerously to "build a transparent 'resource' for others, Police and insurers, to compare their records against."
Would it be up to some 40mph numpty to report me for "speeding" and "dangerous driving" when I overtake them at 60? I would be a tad p1ssed off if I found my plate on there, if indeed they are being monitored or will be in the future.
The mind boggles. Please someone, find something constructive for these people to do with their lives.

is it legal to publish the number plates like that? without consent of the owners?
are the people reporting perfect examples of driving? (hey should give their number plates too for people to keep an eye on them and report them too because pretty sure that they are not that perfect

Report the reg number of the people who submit the reports, 'writing whilst driving behind me in the middle lane'.
