does everyone drink per day?

I want to drink more but find myself going to the toilet more and now i can't be arsed

I heard 2 litres is recommended

Depends if i'm at work, as it's sub-tropical temperatures in our pub, so drink loads. If not i'll be in my room, and can't be arsed moving to get water, so probably about 4 pints maybe. If i'm at work it's probably 6 pints or so in 4 hours

I drink loads at work because they have a water machine thats lovely and cold and also has different flavoured waters too and all free

At home at the weekend I hardly drink any water

I have to drink a minimum of two due to suffering kideny stone quite regularly
I't hard sometimes to drink that, esp at work as i want to keep stopping for a piss every 10 minutes
