The Strawberry one uses a product derived from chicken skin as, I think, a thickner. That's why the Strawberry one isn't suitable for vegetarians, yet the others are.

thats all bullshit, i worked there for a year or so while i was still at college, its just whipped plain flavoured icecream with syrup of the flavour you have asked for

and what do you think thickens the ice cream? chicken fat is used in some of them as a thickener
