I personally don't believe in SAD. I think it's just a yuppie "condition" giving office workers an excuse to feel sorry for themselves.

I could be wrong though.

I prefer the cooler weather to be honest. Hate it when it's too hot, sitting here in an non-air conditioned office in a suit isn't fun.

I do hate the fact that it gets dark early though feels like you have less of an evening.

My hatred towards S.A.D. stems from my mother spending in excess of £100 on a stupid bloody light. She then told me to go sit by it because I had S.A.D. even though my self diagnosis was that I had been up until 6am and was increadivly hung over

It means I can't drive the Nova, it means I can't work on the Nova as my hands get to cold with my raynaulds diseased hands, it means I find playing football hard work as my hands freeze up.

I hate dark weather. It costs me a fortune in nightlights, gas and batteries for fishing.

Also, get up in the dark, get to work in the dark, go from work in the dark, get to college in dark and go home in the dark.

annoys the fcuk out of me.

My mum used to suffer from it, she now takes 1 of these every morning in the Winter months and swears they work
