I hate being ill....especially when I'm on my own and there's no one to look after me.

wouldnt be able to eat for about a week with it each time and was always passing out

if you get sore throats then you need to buy some tea tree oil, put a couple of drops in some warm water and gargle with it a few times if you feel something coming on. Works a treat, but tastes awful!

Or you can buy tea tree lozenges (with mint) from health shops.
