done one, freaked the craps out me and everyone else 
told my sister in law and she started going on about how i shouldn't do them and bad things will happen, and how some dinner ladies at her school did one and a lot of them died in dodgy "accidents".....

Done a couple, nothing bad ever really happened, everyone just gets scared for no reason and imagine things to happen imo.

i tried it once in an old derelict hotel at about 1am.. with about 20 mates. was the perfect scary atmosphere, didn't work for us though.

who knows, it moved we a bit at which point we started pooing ourselfs but just spoke to my mum about it and she said something similar to what my sister in law said. Her friend did one at a party and it was the devil, that followed her around and she began to see red outlines in mirrors, couldn't sleep etc Had to go to a priest and all sorts!
It's an interesting subject, but a bit dodgy tbh rather do White magic

My grandfather is a priest, I brought the subject up with him once, and he also said that he's been called out loads of times for incidents like you mentioned. So must be some truth in it.. 
He's also had to go to really freaky places like the middle of a huge forest to some devil worshiping altar with loads of decapitated animals and stuff.....

I started seeing red outlines around people's faces on my widescreen TV once, I got really worried because I paid so much for it...... I just put the colour settings down and it sorted it..

lady at work gets "feelings" knew her husband was cheating on her, but she knew the exact room at his office they were doing it, although she'd never been there. and loads of little things, and shes not the sort of person who would lie about it
