Strip car to bare metal.
Etch Primer.
Primer.
Wet flat with 800.
DA at 1000.
Block with 1500.
Look for any dents and fill.
Paint engine bay, arches, body, boors and under the floor.
Colour sand and polish.
Fit new glass.
Paint fuel tank.
Powder coat rear beam, fuel tank harnesses, front suspension components, rear drums, engine and gearbox mounts, rocker cover, cam belt cover, inlet manifold and crash bars.
Get my assortment of nuts and bolts off to be chromed.
Get all other small components chromed such as the door clips and bonnet holder upper.
Put engine back together after replacing all the manifold studding with proper stuff and hellicoiling almost all of the stud threads.
Replace all the fuel lines with pretty braded ones.
Replace all the brake lines with pretty braded ones and anodized unions.
Paint front brake calipers.
Get wheels powder coated and have the tyres re-fitted with hidden valves.
Paint the new scuttle and roof rails in matching satin black.
Fit the engine.
Re-assemble the bodywork.
Fit new glass.
Remove the interior.
Send seats and boot install off to be leather trimmed.
Build custom dash and paint.
Build custom door cards and paint.
Decide whats happening with the roof lining and do it.
Paint the rest of the interior plastics.
Apply another £200 worth of Dynamat.
Fit door solinoids and switches then wire up.
Fit interior.
Wire in ICE.
Test ICE and set gains - check for rattles and use expanding foam or silicone or a hovver to prevent them from happening.
Fit new floor mats.
Give the car a clean and admire my hard work.

We are talking Trax 2010 right?
