Im thinking this is pretty pathetic, if a child is having trouble in the water and there mum/dad are looking for a lifeguard why should they have to go round asking all u sheep wether ure a lifegaurd or not. IMO n e 1 wearing them should be fined, like inpersonating a police officer.
