I got a letter the other day about my crash in the nova.
Anyway.... story goes
I hit a van and then a galaxy hit me and then a Suzuki ignis hit the Galaxy
Anyway the lady who owed the suzuki has got solicitor to send me a letter trying to get me insurance details to make a claim of me!
Surely she cant do this as it was her fault she hit the galaxy for not leaving enough space not my fault.
any ideas?

Technically its her fault for not keeping enough distance but plz be more specific

i did  my point was she hit the galaxy so its her fault, just phrased it in a generalized way....

Well i hit a van on the motorway and got pushed into another lane.
The galaxy then hit me and then the suzuki hit the galaxy.
The owner of the suzuki is trying to claim personal injury costs off me???
Surely its her fault she went into the galaxy?
