Have heard a few people go on about a CDX rear bumper, and I see Wrighty is selling one - whats different about it to the standard rear bumper? Is it the one that looks/or is the Irmscher rear bumper?

my father in law had a CDX and as far as I can remember the rear bumper was the same as a post 97 sport bumper, no difference at all.

So whats all the fuss about then?!
I thought it would have been the same tbh, but a few people have gone on about it, and the 1 that Wrighty is selling is quite pricey for a bumper - hence why I thought it must be special?

the pre facelift ones have irmy covers. look very very similar to standard,very subtle, i bought a pair from my breaker for £30, cos he didn't know they were on there!

Ah so they are Irmscher related then? But only on the Pre 97?

there's an old burgandy 5-door pile of crap sits next to my work with that front and rear valances, im waiting till he needs the car scrapped then ill take it

The CDX front and rear bumpers are just standard 93-95 bumpers with the Irmscher valance.

I think they look ace, and are nice and rare. Definately worth a purchase if you find them.
