Sold a bunble of 12 items 0-3 months age that were Chloes.

Sold them for £4.99 + £5 p and p.

so £9.99 and it did cost me £4.90 to send package..

Got back to me saying 1/2 the clothes were newborn not 0-3 months, which is fair enough was my mistake..

Bearing in mind there was BRAND new next items etc in the bundle and that..

I offered if she sent the newborn items back to refund her £2.50 half the price she paid...

She is now moaning about the P and P costs???

What should I do?, don't want any negative feedback...

I've had this, now don't bother selling anything on ebay for less than about £50. Not worth the hassle with postage etc and moaning cheap skates.

i might be being a spack, but surely Newborn is technically 0-3 months?

tell her to bugger off, if she doesnt like it, send it back and buy it in the shops...

how much feedback have you got?

i wouldnt worry about 1 negative from some hormonal woman

nah newborn is smaller then 0-3 months..

feedback the now is 67 all positive...

she says she wants to keep the other stuff as she like it alot.
