yep pretty interesting he was in nuts a couple of months ago so i'd already heard of him but man that bit when he tried to drain his arm himself

didnt see it but i expect more negative press steroids are evil etc etc to arm joe bloggs public who know nothing about chemistry or the endocrine system.
piss ant people at work today are alreadly talking about steroids today, they are so clueless im sitting in my office trying not to ROFLCOPTER

Greg Valentino is a joke, and viewed as a joke by the bodybuilding world. Stuff like this gives such a negative press to real bodybuilders.

this is a serious question i know nothing about them but when you see what they can do it makes you think
i do understand though that these people did take it to extremes but still they must do some sort of damage even in the smallest amount??

Ally, he had loads of puss and crap in his arm that swelled up like a balloon.
He then spent 15mins sticking a syrringe into his arm trying to drain all the crap out, filled up 2 tall glasses ended up being rushed to hospital and having emergency surgery.
In answer to Edd's question. From what i gathered from that program, pretty much all bodybuilders who want to make it big time in bodybuilding take steroids. Short term effects aren't worth worring about (acne etc) but when used in high doses over long periods of time it can have devastating effects.
