dyed my hair on wednesday evening and used a bottle of bleach pre-lightener first....put the bottle back in the box and forgot about it. been working 12 hour shifts since so didnt realise id just left it on my floor.......it just exploded waking me pmsl! my room looks like a plasterers radio

Well not really, if you mix two different types of bleach together you'll create clourine gas.

As far as exploding, bleach wont expand fast enough to create any kind of explosion, what lynny had was a build up of pressue from inside a small container which built up over a period of a few days, after which the top popped off, some bleach might have even got onto the ceiling, it did when i left mine out.

yeah ceiling is covered as is blue carpet, wardrobe and clothes

Its not fun, they will probably stain a lighter colour :< alot of my stuff went cream, or light blue! haha. Theres still a stain on the ceiling, but maybe because i left it up there for a year too see what it did.. Carpet went from blue to a light peach colour!

i cleaned alot of it up at 5am when it happened so it hasnt stained. not arsed about the ceiling or carpets, moving house in a month or two
