in theory id gain more torque with the air box and more power as i have a cold air feed going directly to it, but i broke it after 1 week! its apperenlty prover to not offer restriction up to 300bhp

i have 190bhp from my engine. 1.6 16v

even though its "proven" to offer no restriction, didnt your car make more power without it?

ah so just being silly

see all being well i will have my c16xe running soon its suprising how much power you can get out of it theres a lot to look into

your looking like 2k minimum to get decent bhp though or can it be done cheaper (obviously safeley)?

will be 160ish! needs cams and head work to get more, then pocketed pistons to break the 180bhp mark

i think the main thing is i need to have something that once in is not going to be forever problems and forever breaking down and things as i need it to be reliable and i dont have to throw money at it left right and centre

i got told with throttle bodied you have to keep getting it all set up again for some reason.... of course i know nothing about them so wasnt sure
