there was a very high chance he would be getting sent down. usually he would had been out of court before 1. its now 3 and his phone is switched off. do they give you any notice before they send you down or do you just go court as usual and then they chuck you in the van and take you to prison lol?

Take him down, then c ya!!! You have about 10mins with your parents or relatives then you wait in the van to be taken to whatever prison

well he has 2 or 3 assault charges but the trial is next friday for one of them and then later for the others. today was just because he rode a ped whilst banned. hes been caught a few times driving cars and last time he was in court they said hed get 6 months if he does it again. so im guessing hes gone down for 6 months for that and next friday hel be in court again to make his sentence much longer. he deserves to go down, we all know that. but its just a bit odd now that i wont see him till next year

ye thats what i thought cos u havnt much to loose lol. and also you usually go prison if your a threat to people so i cant see them letting him out to come back at a later date for his sentence as the courts have classed him as a threat

They tell you a time to go for but you dont always get in on time, it could be any time, my mate was meant to be in court at 11 and didnt get in until 3, i thought he had been locked up too

Might of been told to turn it off, my mate had his turned off, but if has been sent down you wont see him again until he is out or you go to visit

ps. im not a bad lad lol, at least after they get sent down il be able to get some nicer mates haha.
their birds/ex's are fair fit though so iv told them il take good care of them so there are some advantages

Are u and all your friends always in trouble with the law or something..
a few of my mates are yes. iv only started hanging round with them a few months ago and to be honest, since then they havnt done much wrong. iv been looking after them ha and making sure they stay out of trouble. but these offences took place before i started to see these guys.
