mine is a 9 week block on site then a 3 week block of college and i do that for 4 years (the 4th year is a gas instalation course)

theirs is a full 2 years in college to get a level 2 technical certificate, and then 2 years on site to get their level 4 technical certificate. seems an arkward way to do it to me

Sales. Its difficult to get into but worth it if you are good. I dont mean car sales, buisness to buisness or anything like that, get involved in finance or insurance sales.

most good salespeople earn £60k+ per year after about 5 years. its just a matter of learning, getting experience, making contacts and finding the right opportunities.

Finding a good Bricklayer these days is increasingly difficult and a good one can command as good a money as a Joiner

Intumescent Paint Spraying/Fireprotection
If your a good learner you'd easily be on 40k a year within 3 years, not many people are good at it so the prices are good.
If you own your own business after you know the job well, your annual wage can be 6 figures if your a logical thinker.
