I heard this ages ago
I think it was because they drive with no licenses so they thought giving them free lessons would make them pass etc, FUCKING JOKE !!
I had to pay for my lessons, why shouldn't they? They should just be arrested

It takes the piss, me and my parents dont exactly have to struggle to find money to pay for my lessons, but it dont come easily, and the money spent could potentially being wasted, Its annoying the fact that these people can come bouncing into the country, dont pay tax and work for money that doesnt get wasted on the government, get the nhs for free, and also learn to drive for free...
Apparantly the lessons are to make them be able to drive more safely in the area's

was something about all these 'asians' in high powered cars within the blackburn areas not being old enough to control them or something. so instead of cracking down on all these drug dealers with 80k mercs they are helping them with driving lessons so they are a more advanced driver so when they race eachother they are less likely to crash
thats what i heard anyway

No, it wouldnt its just annoyed me the fact that they dont offer it to white and coloured people, young drivers also tend to crash more often and be unsafe on the roads like me

You do find that a lot of coloured people in the northern towns so have really large cars, and fast ones that they pay for with their tax free money or whatever, and half the time most probably cant manage to control them

Yes - look at the reason why they need the lessons - they're not bothering with the test or are so bad they're passing but still crashing.
If I crashed, I'm sure I would just get a big bill to fix stuff, and perhaps a fine for my motoring offences. Not retraining on the skills to drive my car acquired through illicit means.
