Has anyone heard this track? if not - go 'aquire it' - whenever I hear it on the radio I end up with it in my head for ages. Something by the way it's sung, I just end up singing along in my car.

I've actually only just aquired the album now, bit weird in comparison to the 2 songs I had heard of them.
I challenge anyone to download the single by Captain called broke. And after listening to it once, not sing along after hearing it again or at least going 'oh ooh oh'... etc
I also find myself singing along to
'You can't fool me dennis' - by the mystery jets, love the way it changes at the end of the track.

I tried mini nova.
Just listened to the tracks on my space, the birds got a good voice. Different again. Different = Good  Melody + good vocals = Good.
I don't listen to zane as much any more, but used to listen to every show (I'd use listen again feature) when I was having to do lots of course work. So would just go through the track listing with artists I liked and try to aquire or listen to the rest of their stuff.

i did that with the pipettes, i heard them interviewed on Radio 2 really late one night, when i wasnt sleeping well, and got their album, and its really good

Well I have an EXTREMELY diverse taste in music. Which is reflected more on what mood I'm in and the occasion. Essentially though I've not tied myself down to one genre, if a peice of music is good and I like it - I'll listen to it.
So like certain Dance tracks, rock tracks, pop tracks, etc etc.

Yeah to be honest ive never been on a site better, if i get promoted to power user i will let you konw!
ive got a taste in music which covers many different genres, dont worry about categories, just listen to a track and judge it on its own, listen to what i like regardless of who its by etc

Guillemots are really good. Had 'Trains to Brazil' for a while now but been listening to it more recently since aquiring their album
'You Cant Fool Me Dennis' is great too, I listen to The Mystery Jets album a lot
I'm also listening to a lot of Thom Yorkes new solo album, and a lot of old Radiohead stuff.
But my favourite song right now is 'Wasted Little DJs' by The View
