After month of hassle and grief over a house for my 2nd year of uni...headee tenancy came up trumps and we now have our house all sorted!

its a 4 bed 1930's with loung...semi-detached...all for £73 per week each! thats not to bad for Kingston!

got a nice bit of off road parking for my corsa tooooo and a mahooosive garden...like 100 odd feet!

YAY..im seeing some drunken times ahead!

just got our house sorted for my 2nd year two, little 4 bed terrance house up in huddersfield, 50 bannans a week without bills...concrete garden though

nope not inc bills god wish we could get em for £50 a week! our garden has a bit of concrete perfect for bbq's n then about 90 foot of grass! lol

kitchen isnt that great tho...seen better!

Some people from work go there for nights out etc. never been there before I don't think, will have to check it out soon!

we can't all be that fortunate mate. New time buyers have no choice these days but to pay stupid amounts.

In 10 years time no doubt I will be in the same situation as yourself after I've moved once or twice.

Can't see why tho. Buy a cheap £50k terraced, interest only mortgage. Keep it for a year, sell it at £60k, make £10k. Put that down on next house and repeat process.

there's fcuk all down here for £50k mate. Cheapest houses go for around £110,000.

Us southerners are hard done by mate house prices down here are stupid. Kudos to anyone who manages to get a mortgage down here to be honest.

I could get a castle in scotland for the same price as my house well.... kinda.
