PLEASE... share your tips on how you sleep in this heat.

I'm fed now, I can't remember when I last had a decent nights sleep

get one of those cooling fan things were you put ice into it and it cools through the ice.

stick that on before u go to sleep job done, not that i sleep in an attick but mine is really hot couldnt imagine sleeping in there.

aircon unit, get urself one, slept round a lasses a couple of time this month and sooo glad she had an aircon thing in her room

waterbed, with iceon it before you go to bed, then move the ice/cold water to one of them funky fan things (as already said), and a few fans, open windows, nakedness and a supply of refrigerated pillows

I already sleep with the fan on me all night, and I cant sleep naked on the covers because my sister is next door!!

put ice cubes in your sausage wallet, they will lower your core body temperature.

get andrew to sit by your bed and adminster them every 30 mins.

I have been to hot while in bed also.. and due to the fact i havn't had much sleep i have had a headache all day

I have a celing fan, and keep the windows open sort of does the job
