3 Robin.
Roger Waters
Rick Wright
Nick Mason
Plus Dave Gilmour was in the frame from very early on.
Tis very sad, but Syd was a nutter who went off the rails many many moons ago and never realy contributed to any of the truly great Floyd stuff, although two of their greatest songs exist due to his disappearance.
Ironic I suppose.

Heard about this yesterday. Pink Floyd were crap until Dave Gilmor joined anyway! Come on, they were!
I saw Roger Waters at Glastonbury in 2002, had surround sound set up. Was very
Dave Gilmor wants to reform, funny considerign hes being calling Roger a prick for god knows how many years! but Roger was busy with an album and tour following Live Aid...

I bought that the day after the day it came out in May 1995.
It was 23 quid.
(I was actually there in October '94 at Earls Court too, which made the purchase of the album all the more special. I'd been waiting months for it aswell.)
Inflation would appear to be a tad... well, inflated, when it comes to Floyd albums. Particularly after the death of an ex band member.
Syd realy was potty. I do like some early stuff, Relics is amusing and Piper at the Gates of Dawn and Meddle are good, but they're not a patch on almost everything from '75 onwards in my humble opinion.
Incidentally, I saw Mr. Waters at Wembley Arena about four years ago and it was amazing. Rog has a guitarist called Doyle Bramhall the 3rd. The man is a genius with an axe and is featured on the DVD of the same tour. Well worth a purchase.
Nick Mason made a guest appearance at the concert I saw and the place went mad. It was a night or so before he repeated the trick to a similar reaction at Glastonbury.

They are immense mate, if you haven't seen them before you will be amazed.
I saw them a few months ago in Glasgow, they played the whole of Dark Side of the Moon in the first half, then all the popular tunes in the second. Definitely worth the £25 for a tribute band.

By what stretch of who's imagination does 10 or 11 sentences qualify as an essay?
And how is 34 like 39?
I could say ''you're like 7 man'' because that is apparently your reading age.
If you have nothing valid to contribute Marc, I suggest you climb back into your box and put the lid back on.
And if you don't like reading/writing/typing, maybe you ought to go and watch celebrity love island, or big brother or anything else more suited to your particular brand of mental retardation.
Oh, and it's taken, not took.

Sorry Marc, thought you were either being ignorant or having a deliberate dig.
Didn't realise you were just mucking about.
