a camera mount onto the side of the car, and a long exposure shot, 20 seconds one of them was, and you drive the car slowly to avoid vibration (tickover speed), and the camera takes a shot for 20 seconds, stuff in motion (background etc) blurs, and the still stuff stays all cushty (the car).
