I dunno about being healthy, its all processed and shit but OH MY is it tasty.

Personally I quite like going for a pint at lunch, then on my return popping into Subway and ordering a meatball marina or whatever its called, with double cheese, toasted, abit of salad, touch of pepper and some sauces

I then take it back to the office, and attempt to eat it. Attempt being the key word here as we all know it just melts in your hands and you end up just scooping it up into your mouth.

Can't believe they got rid of the Dijon Horseradish sauce though, that was my fave!!!!

Yeh this made me laugh too. I know a lot of people who eat 'subway' because it's healthy. But if you check the stats, they openly print that just a half (6 inch) sub has about 600 calories in it! If you then add cheese and stuff

Considering a Fillet Burger from KFC is about 380 cals - is it really that much healthier than other fast food?

I'd personally avoid any fast food if I was trying to be healthy - PMSL @ the KFC / McDonalds Salads that end up worse than the burgers in fat / cals.

Plus your having a large intake of Carbs when you eat a subway, if you add stuff like cheese and a sugary drink - then the fats will get stored

Only good thing with subway is I find I'm absolutely stuffed after eating one.
