Mav mav mav
Just do something in the way of a nice surprise mate....believe me if you don't (esp on a 10 year one) its gonna come back and bite you on your arse in the biggest way.
Fcuk the house.....flatter her in a BIGGGGGG way. 10 years (with kids) is too big a milestone not to celebrate. Believe me thats what she is thinking, even if she doesn't say so
Please take my word for it mate
Edit: to clarify....the very next arguement you have will include the words:- 'fcuk me you didn't even buy me/do anything for our 10th anniversary, how romantic was that?'

Do something spontaneous mate.
Hope you two have a nice evening.

Congratulations Mav
You gotta get her something Mav, it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg, just something personal that she'll be able to keep forever
How about a really nice photo frame (something for the new house) and put a nice pic of the whole family in it. A nice card thanking her for giving you such beautiful family. Get the prezzie gift wrapped and I'm sure she'll be delighted
(aww I'm all sentimental now)
