I find the best thing is Clarityn, or Tescos own Hayfever tablets. This usually does me for a day.

My cousin went to the doctors and asked for an injection. I think this helped him for a year or two.

JAMBO - I have never known someone to get it as bad as me, I have had it BAD for years and years, been to Manchester for tests and acupuncture but nothing was found.

I have recently had it VERY bad again, so bad that I haven't been able to go out when I want and struggle at work with everyone looking at me like im a weirdo

Anyway.... I have been to the doctors (saw a diff doctor so not good) and he gave me some different eye drops, they don't seem to be working so I will go back.

I have also been taking 2 zirteks a day and a clarityn here and there, basically overdosing and its making me feel soooo tired..

Like yourself I had an argument last night cos i was pissed off and get grumpy with it cos it does get you down. Hayfever is something I dread in summer and often think I should move abroad because I don't get it there.

Im going to go back to doctors tonight as I NEED more tablets etc etc

Luigi will tell you how bad I get it, I'll try and upload a pic for you a bit later (unless you can do it luigi)

Cheer up mate, your not the only one.

I've always suffered, but this year has been the worst for me. I went camping and spent most of the time hiding in the tent unable to breathe properly.

I'm in Camden at the moment and my nose and eyes are less than happy. Tablets seem to do sod all

I get it really bad aswell Jambo! Eyes puff up and all that.

I went to the doctors and got some tablets for it, but as said before you can get an injection that blocks all your hestamines and all that bollocks.

nothing you can really do, i find the 24 hour antihistamin are crap, i normally just take the wee yellow ones, supposed to be 4 a day. i just take 2 at a time just got to put up with it and sniff away. I always think going to the doctor is a waste of time
