Eat better ... i like a lot of rice/pasta on gym days then just work your bolocks of to loose a few calories...then with sit ups you need to do a few different kinds to keep ur muscles guesing and working. Some people think using an abb cruncher you will look super in a few months.. best one i think is lay on your back and put ur hands under your bum and raise your legs slighly...till u feel it pulling...keep doing that..then do your sides and your crunchies..

which is probably why you're fat. Doing loads of situps wont work, spot reduction doesnt work. Don't just work upperbody.

PMSL whatever.

All the situps in the world wont get rid of a big belly.

Eat better. Simple as- Less fat, less carbs. Do a load of cardio.

Check out the forums on www.bodybuilding.com. Loads of fat loss info there.

Lose the excess weight then start working your abs.

That won't work

You need to loose the excess weight first. Do loads of cardio then once your bodyfat is down to 10% your abs should show.

Pics? (Seriously?) How much did they show? I mean fair enough, some peoples do, but the majority of people need to get 10% bodyfat for them to properly show.

what does Cardio vascular mean?

i would also like to loose the chunk, for the last 2 weeks i have been riding my bike to work and back (about 4-5miles each way) and eating mostly chicken/ham salad type stuff. I have never paid much attention to health and fitness type stuff before, am i going the right way about it?
