I know it's abit of a random thing, but what do you do to calm down if your in an angry mood because someone has pissed you off badly? I have just been on the bike doing well silly speeds, but i feel relaxed now and calm. I need a different way before i end up killing myself!

Usually get pissed but its not the answer Get out of the house and go for a walk, i sometimes get the air rifle out and do a bit of target practice to take my mind off things, watch a funny film to try and cheer yourself up... I know its hard though mate, ive fallen out with my best mate this week and a mate ive had since i was 11, over something pretty big that they cant see why they are in the wrong so im leaving uni 2 weeks early and fucking off home to get away from it all.
