Basically anyway, the layout is good as done, the content is all just there for example. Can anyone tell me any flaws they can see to the site so far, apart from the fact the links dont work etc.

you using tables and cells? If so just centre the image and have a back background behind it for when it goes on a higher resolution screen.

place the image in the table, centre it and have the background set to black. Either than or redesign the logo to have a bit that can stretch to fit the resolution without distorting.

or just make the image bigger so the site fits perfectly to larger resolutions and just the right size for smaller ones.

Oh, if you take a look at my site, the alloy wheel at the top fades to black at the left - that means if people run higher resolutions the table resizes, and it still looks ok

looks alright, put the banner into a stylesheet, and do it that way as a background - might help a bit...

Otherwise - nice and simple!

can you use different style sheets for different resolutions? As if so could make two seperate ones with different images.

You'd probably have to have an entrance page with a choice of resolutions?

I dont know how to do style sheets, i know some sites accomodate for the resolution by working out what the user is using before entering the site, can you try it now i edited the background

I know certain sites detect what browser your using before taking you to the main site, so might beable to do this with resolution.
