i mean i GET up at 7am

but i find that most day, like 95% of days i dont actually wake up until about 12noon.

i kinda just mope around the office really sleepy then after 12 im fine

anyone else suffer from this ?
my eyes are still a little blurry

Alarms goes off bout 7 I got uptoday at 8.15 work starts at 8.30 I was still in the shower

But weekends I can get up early, just not work days its stupid

usually between 3 and 5, then sleep till 7/8 then get up if working, drift in and out till 11 if not working

Now I've changed jobs I get up at 7:30. Used to get up at 7.

when i have to drive early or have shower first thing i tend to take up straight away, other than that i may not wake up at all really

Alarm goes off at 7:15 out of bed by 7:30 - feeling normal and awake by 10ish once tea and toast has kicked in
Sundays because i dont work get out of bed about 12 - 1 ish and i'm awake by 3pm

The life of a student

When i was working over easter i was up at 6am most days and worked till 8pm every night, so since ive been back at uni 10-11am starts are doing me fine

I get up at about 7 in the morning, but dont begin to wake up till about 4 in the afternoon, full awake for about 5 and then i begin to get sleepy again at 7

Wake up about 7.30 ish get up around 7.45 usually still pissed start feeling sleepy and hungover by 1ish wake up about 8pm

I had to take yesterday as a holiday as we spent sunday afternoon in the pub then got back to my mates and proceeded to drinak a bottle of ouzo and a crate of bud til about 6am
