allofmp3.com - a lot lot cheaper than itunes (about $1.50 for 16 track album @ 192kbit), isnt copyrighted so you can do what you want with them, plus you dont have to install anything

download and install Limewire. I found it to be pretty good if you're after recent/popular stuff.

For 7 quid an album i'd rather pay an extra 2 quid and get the cd from somewhere.

but can burn a CD anytime tho

can lose CD, scratch it, give it to school girls etc and then just burn another

yeah but you can only play them on upto 5 different computers, as many CD players as you want though!

yeah as far as I am aware you can make as many copies as you want to play of CD players but only lets you have them on 5 computers.

er you can buy an album from the shop an just copy it onto a blank disk.

but i really wouldnt pay for a legal service when albums are so easy to download for free.
