I fail to see how taking a car to its top speed is "ragging it to death" thats stupid.
I did top speed runs in the corsa on more than one occasion, that was "ragged to death"

Its the cool thing to say when someone wants to buy a car that is sporty, everyone will say "thats been ragged to death" Well if its a sporty car why wouldnt it have been Plus going fast doesnt actually damage your engine weirdly enough :
The day i went to santa pod in the corsa was the day its run best, was much "livelier" after a good thrashing all day long

Thats what im saying so did i!!! You wont beleive how quikly you end up there wit ha LET corsa with an F20 box.

TBH i doubt itl do anyhting really.
Im not doubting the bloke sounds like a goon, nor the car has probably been cared for in a less than adequate matter.

But that statement is fubar

you dont put a bigger engine in you car for nothing? you do it becuase you want to go faster.... think about it the engine in that corsa is lugging round alot less weight than when it was in its original home.. regulary maintenance to the enigne and the cra , and you shouldnt see any problems, i ve driven my nova 2.0 hard ever since i built it, its never once let me down!
