Started getting stretch marks on my left bicep..(right arm is fine)

only really noticed this yesterday when doing weights..
i dont wanna have purple stripes over my arms

help please

Are u getting big quite quick? You cant really stop them.. normally due to gaining or loosing weight fast. Creams etc are crap!

yeah im now weight training 4 times a week.. and i am getting pretty big pretty fast..

Creams aren't crap.

After my daughter was born my g/f used some coco butter cream or some bollocks like that and hers went away.

Also, a good sun tan helps.

I have quite bad stretch marks on both biceps. I've heard putting baby oil on your arms before exercising helps as this makes the skin softer and more flexible. I was never bothered to try though.

Oh and a good suntan makes it a lot worse, not better!

I got a tan when I went away and it showed the stretch marks worse!

You cannot get rid of stretch marks, unless caught in the early stage by the sounds like your in now you can get them lazered out

But apart from that there is nothing you can do... Aloe Vera doesn't do anything either.. And within time the stretch marks shall become fairly un noticeable, just go to silvery lines instead

That's because the skin is dead.. and it has no moisture or something
