I am planning a trip to the Southend Airshow at the end of this month and need a campsite.
Can anyone recommend anywhere or point me in the right direction i.e one that is close to where the airshow is held???

Anyone been to the airshow by the way??

Canvey island is one big caravan park

I live ten mins from the front. I went last year, but tbh staying at home in the garden is just as good for me. Dont think its worth a weekend trip

Oi u cheeky f***er, there are scummy campsites on canvey, and there is actually some nice parts on canvey not much but still. So hush! canvey is erm about 20-25 mins drive from southend.

was on canvey the other day some of those houses on the road going onto it are huge

. yet some of the other areas seem rather sketch

yes canvey has a few gd places to camp but it is full of inbred :looks:

kerry ya wanna go to the airshow in eastbourne muchos bigger 4 days long all on the beach to and about 50 campsites to choose from its in august by the way

noo if the weathers nice u gotta be at southend to watch it take a blanket and sit on the big grass bank, right in the center. then u should be in the middle of the show. + u can look round the stalls etc.
