Went over to Loch Lomond yesterday, spent the night in The Lodge on Loch Lomond hotel. Went up via Loch/River Carron, nice roads for the impreza

a bit bumpy, bit nice. Went through Fintry, had luch at a castle etc.
Stopped by Stirling on the way home today, went in by the castle.

Looks like a nice break. Looks good weather, but cold?
Even tho I only stay 10mins down the road I don't think I've even been in Stirling Castle!
The River Carron passes my house further down stream... a lot further.

ive stayed in that lodge before by loch lomond, nice little place and town. also camped a little futher down but that was years back with me folks

the church in one of the pics, isnt there as story behind it about 4 kids that drowned in the loch a few hundred years back??
