I dont think they should even have called that model a Cupra.
Should just have called it a 20VT
Rims look awful and so is the front bumper.
Get some R bits on there pronto.

i dont want cupra r bits on there, thats not what the car is about, i dont want lairy stuff on there its not my thing
im more concerned about how the car is engineered and how it drives, due to the lack of bodykit, smaller rims and other things this model is 80kgs lighter than a cupra r, and with slightly more power than a cupra r it has a significantly better power to weight than a cupra r also

I wouldnt call R bits 'lairy', but each to their own.
A remapped R would have better power to weight ratio also.

indeed, thats why i said standard.
TBH if i wanted it to look like a cupra r i would have spent the money i have on tuning on wheels and bumpers etc

Must admit I agree. The Ibiza Cupra looks more worthy than a Leon Cupra, regardless of engine of course.
Either way its look uber clean

there's more to the cupra name then fancy bumpers and big rims tho isnt there, theres loads more to it then the lower spec models to earn it the name, the brakes, handling, gearbox, engine output, plus all the interior spec etc etc

The lower spec dont handle aswell down to the dampners/springs/anti roll bar being different, plus the tyres having larger side walls also.
The R has 4 pots, 6 speed, and greate engine output as standard and when remapped, plus a nicer interior.
