hi everyone, im from the saxo sports club and have been thinking of trying to organise a saxo vs corsa day at york dragway.

i've put a post on ssc so i will give it a few days/week to get some numbers up then give york a ring about it, although im there monday so could maybe get some info then.

but thing is, since then saxo's have come on A LONG way!  300+bhp from the 1.6i engines, chargers & tubbys... 
 
tbh I feel its gona be a damn close but good event if it goes off

2.0 Xsara VTS engine i think.  170BHP standard.  So it has more standard than a C20XE.   
 
0-60 in 8.2 in a Xsara.

99.9% have the 1600 motors in. 
there are only 1 or 2 saxo/106's with a 2l in.
