I thought a few of you may like this.

Had a member on my site selling i-pods and psp's. He was using x2 usernames and selling quite a few receiving the money and then not replying to e-mails or sending goods.

Anyway tracked down all his IP addresses, then tracked down his road, who lives in his house, his next door neighbours and there names and i even have a picture of his house (house woth 26k)

So yesterday I called his next door neighbour just to make sure, an old lady answered the phone so I said "I work for DHL and I have a damaged parcel to deliver for what looks like a Paul? in your road would you be able to help me or do you know of him as we can't work out who it's for in the sorting office, she then said "yes that would more than likely be the young lad Paul who deals in computers next door" Job done

So I have e-mailed this idiot back and I think scared him some what + legal action. Also found his personal website he is using to sell stuff he doesn't have

Anyway I think he is now rather worried especially when I mentioned his whole family names

Info will be passed onto necessary parties

The funny thing was he was giving it on the e-mails to me, saying you can't track me i don't have a static IP, so you can't catch me mate *WRONG*

ISP's keep a log of even dynamic IP's and who used them so they can supply you with the info easily enough

He started saying, you have the wrong person, dont speak to me like that i wont tolerate it ok

All IP's match

Since then I have foudn another name he joined with and also spotted him on e-bid AND ebay sellnig stuff (which he don't have)

E-mails have been sent to all major site but they won't give a crap.
