any tips?

seen a Lovely house for rent, which I am seriously considering... been to look at it today and Fuck its good!

3 bed, garden front & rear, alarm, gas central heating, cable, shower (new install), fitted kitchen, sheds, etc... nice area too (croxteth in liverpool ISNT well regarded, but where this is its a DAMN nice area!)

pics for those interested...

ONLY issue being I have to wait until April 21st for my student loan to come in to afford the deposit & first months rent god damn!

told the estate agents to hold it, but said they cant promise anything! Also have to do credit-check and such, and to be honest, my history is FAR from perfect, although the person I'm moving in with is perfect (offered .5million credit card limit )

fingers crossed...

well been to the estate agents today to fill in all the paperwork and the house is now secured for us to move in on May 4th

also like you say Simon, from what the council were telling me, only Emma has to pay Council Tax... which will be ace!

Seems unreal already!
