22b's as standard are probs quickets of that shape, but they had 2.2 version of the flat four in and lovely wide arches
Spec c is probably quickest and best for tracking but that's the bug eye and newer shape

If you look at it whilst sat in an evo they could be seen as less cool.

My uncle use to have a :
Subaru Impreza P1 Limited Edition
Fully tuned engine by shimmy sideways i think
Upgraded Turbo
All the mods you can possibly do to this type of engine was carried out,
running 670bph and 740bhp with NOS
Thats fucking awsome was like a spaceship inside with all the clocks

Arent the P1's prone having bottom end problems, i went on a p1 site and there were alot of blokes who had there engine go bang around the 50k mark.
Some subaru garages were turning them away, saying they could not claim on there waranty, but i think subaru finally realised then had issues with this engine and had to fix them.
One bloke how ever didnt get his done under warranty and it set him back 4-5 k as whatever was thought to have come loose in the engine could have gone thru the turbo, plus other areas....so be be safe it was a complete strip and rebuild.
Fewk that!
Nice motors though, indeed.
