got 3000 words and a 7 week log book to "create" for 2.15 tomorow, any tips to staying up? need to be able to concentrate too so no mind altering substances are allowed!

Pro plu, but use in moderation otherwise you will just start shaking and loose concentration.

Also take regular breaks outside in the cold to keep you awake

I used to drink dbl vodka redbulls with pro plus on a night out.......fooking nuts! Not advised. Anyway, back on topic......the sheer thought of all that work to do would keep me awake!

as said i'll not get up, its 9 now, waiting for my tea, going to try do some work, have a shower about 2 and a break then see how it goes.

good thing is the work isn't hard its just bullshit, reflective analysis of workplacement.

just give the coffee sum stick and open a window get fresh air or have 5 out side and have a bit walk about n stuff.

im up through the night too, slightly different reason tho, leaving to airport for holiday at 4 and didnt think it was worthwhile goin to bed.

anyway pro plus is key for these situations. every student needs an emergency supply
