Well, the "green pea" is gone

But, my new toy is here!!!! 2005 Corsa C SXi 1.2 16v Twinport (insurance purposes )
Will be keeping it pretty standard tbh, as I like the way they look standard. It does sit a bit high, but handles better than my 'B' did lowered! I will probably invest in a few Irmscher goodies etc, but over a long period of time. Anyway, the pics:

And first "mod" :

Nice. Ultra Blue is one of the best colours on the C
I test drove one last year and they are loads more refined and comfortable than the Corsa Bs

It wasn't too low, just was getting old tbh It was on 128,650!
Yup the C is far more refined - almost silent inside! Handles far better and is just far more comfortable. And quicker! Just novel having a car that almost moves, and has 5 gears!
Its a huge step up, that was only possible to inheritance money - I wont be changing it for a few years yet as its still virtually brand new! And, because I still have a Vaux warranty till 2008, I wont be doing much mods wise, as I dont wanna make the warranty void
And yes, Painz and Voyto have 2 cars I shall be looking at for ideas! Brought this months and last months Total Vauxhall just for Painz and Martin C's Corsa features!

£525 - just need to put standard suspension back on, as its going to a learner, so they decided they would have it more standard for insurance.

Slow-ish, yes - Still quicker than 'B' though - main advantages are that its cheap insurance, cheap tax, cheap to run, and more little toys!

Cheers Phil Yeh I'm certainly chuffed with it! Huge improvement over the Green Pea - Still don't like Corsa C's?!
Teddy - Yeh good idea, but no huge mods happening till 2008 when Vaux warranty runs out - plans are various Irmscher bits, Steinmitz Grille and possibly SRi alloys for the moment, but money is hugely limited now, so it will be slow progress!!!
