So your near bottom of league 1 looking like you will get relegated.
Your struggling to get out of relegation and your averaging around 2500 fans per game.
So what do you do ?
You get a new 30,000 stadium built with 4 screen! (mk dons)

Not crazy at all if you think about it Greg.
Actually its a pretty logical thing to do.
It makes me laugh when you see 10,000 new stadiums regardless of size, shows a lack of ambition.
If luton where to bulid tomorrow (yeah right) i would want 35k minimum - ok might not fill it, but good stadia attract good players, which attracts fans, which attracts business.

Teddy what you say is right to a degree BUT 30,000 is shocking when they cant scrap 3,000 fans and are on course to be relegated!
Bit of a joke really.
I understand what you say about wanting bigger etc, we do with Southend but you don't want a library, so have to plan it right like 20,000 with chance to upgrade to 25,000 or 30,00 if required in pre-season.

what i want to know is where the hell they have the money to build a 30,000 seater
they are going to get relegated and the finacial costs of relegation are increadable.
Good for the town though i suppose, could have concerts like ipswich have had (elton john, REM) and soon going to have red hot chilli peppers.

I read somewhere that in about 10 years time MK will be one of the biggest cities in England (in line with Manchester and Leeds etc) so im guessing his theory is that if more people are living in MK, then, even if the same percentage of people attend MK games then the attendence's will get bigger (if that makes sence)
I remember going to Darlington a few years ago, they'd just built a 20odd thousand seater stadium, think the attendance was about 6,000, and 3,000 were from Huddersfield 1 of the stand wasnt even open

yes but just think of the revenue from other events held at the stadium.
I would say the chairman will have looked into this and probably knows what he is doing

It's a waste investing so much money into a no-hope football team.

What he has done to Wimbledon is nothing short of a disgrace. Really love to see AFC Wimbledon give MK a good tonking soon.
