went to see this last nite down the local cinema.
all i can say is what a fantastic re-make of an already classic film.
plot is slightly different but then ending is much better and the whole story is much more elaborate than in the original.
and the reworking of all the original music makes it seem even more chilling and terrifying than in the original.
would reccomend going to see it

I thought it was pretty crap honestly, too predictable and I havent seen the original. Just another cheesy horrer film in my eyes, nothing special.

more the opposite way round - i thought it was ok - pretty much the original, but with a bigger budget. original was pretty shocking at the time, but it takes a lot to move people these days, plus everythings been done; it's the end of the world i tell ya!
