I bought a pair of the chrome ones t'other day. They look the business, and are light as feck, which will help my style of play as it will optimise my pace. However, they rub against my ankles, so much so that last night when i was having a little kick about they started cutting up my ankles This happend to anyone else? Anyways of preventing this?

An extra pair of socks help me with my boots. My boots used to put a hole in my sock and cut into my achillies. I just wear some old ankle socks and then footy socks on the top

Yeah that happened on mine and my mates. I just left mine and they're ok now, don't hurt at all but my mate cut the inside of his to loosen them up. I didn't fancy cutting mine considering how much they cost!

I told my mate to do that with a pair of predators when they first came out. The shrunk and he had to bin them

I get this with my Golf shoes. Just get some of the latex blister plasters from boots, I've never had any bother since I started using them.
