Went down last week and took a few pics, this is the previous owners decor furniture etc...

All going to plan will be moving in 7th april...
Mortgage all arranged etc..

Quite a bit of work to do but not too bad, new kitchen has been fitted.

Fireplace is worth 2k pure limestone..insuring it as a seperate item...

quite a big house, 3 bed....Can't really see the size in the pics...

Yeah wood in the dining room will go....work to do on it but it's not to bad, i'm happy...and with what we paid too

nice m8, much it cost u if u dont mind me asking, me and my fiancee are trying to find a place but to get something decent for £80k ish is hard in my area

Well I sold my 2 bed in south parks, one of the best ex council estates in glenrothes for 77K.

We bought this one in pitteachar still in glenrothes, good area very quite street only 4 houses in a block for...wait for it..

yeah prices around here still better than through west etc..alot of house for the money

Artex will be getting covered, instead of taking it off might cover it with board...
