I had a meeting with Arsenal FC last week, and I was lucky enough to be taken to Ashburton for a sneak at the progress....

To see what mankind can make is pretty impressive.
60,000 capacity. Seats are just being TUV

This had a budget of approx £400 million. On budget too iirc.

Each box will have a seating area on the balcony.

Pitch at the new stadium looks a bit shit TBH, kinda looks like Stamford bridge pitch atm.............

Although Man Citys is a tad nicer than the normal bowl stadia.
