Ally, it doesn't have a back garden.

Jade, yes its a 1 bedroom.

The prces here aren't the cheapest. Lots of flats I have been looking at are £95k-£110 and they are leasehold with no parking!

The house I'm looking at is Freehold

All houses should be freehold, how much do the 2 beds round by you go for?

Its got a new kitchen which will be smart, jst the lounge diner bit isnt that big, mine is 23ft x 10'8 and is only just long enough for sofas and a dining table

Majority of flats/apartments are leasehold, but on a 100-200yr lease. Its so the management company still owns the building and can insure / maintain it, etc.

I looked to buy in my hometown of swindon and needed around 120k, just for 105 it doesnt seem any bigger than a flat (with the exception of a staircase) and surely if a 1 bed house is 105 there might be a 2 bed flat for more?

I suppose investment wise a house will be better, 105 is a good price if its a smart srea, and it depends if its you/you and your missus...

Personaly preference really, id get as much space as you can in an alright area

I never eat at the dinning table at mine. Tend to eat on me desk or the sofa. Boring eating on your own
