Put a deposit down for it on saturday and picked it up today. Been looking for a smoke grey one for about a month now so i'm happy.

Going to strip it at some point, will kind of be a shame as it looks like the rear seats have never been used. Probably lower it on comp MO's or speedlines, cant decide yet. Keeping it pretty simple. No conversion yet, too young!

no need to do a conversion, throttle bodies are the way forward on these cars

Dont strip it

Thats too much of a minter to do that, if you are gunna do na engine conversion and strip it whats the point in finding a low miler? Youll change everything!

thanks for all the comments. I'm see what you mean, the interior apart from the minimal wear on the bolster is absolutely mint. I want to enjoy the car as is for the time being anyway!

yeh, im 3rd owner, elderly lady owned it from new and only used it here and there, she passed away and was handed down to her son who part ex'd it in for something else.

took me a while, only saw one other standard smoke grey gsi in the whole time ive been looking for them but it sold by the told i sold my car. Got it for a pretty good price which im happy about.

Mint car always nice to find a GSI that hasent been modded and is well looked after with mega low miles

If you dont mind me asking whats your insurance like on it? as im the same age and thinking of taking a step from my 1.2 to something simular

yeh i dunno why i said no to an engine conversion 'yet' because im not planning on doing one. I like the idea of keeping and tuning a 1600.
