In league 1 yeah, too slow and overweight to play at a higher level - he's only done well the past two seasons too and isn't exactly young. Will see if Swansea get promoted that he'll struggle to hit more than 10-12 goals in the Championship.

Lee Trundle is the best player i have seen play at Roots Hall since Stan Collymore.

When he came down here this year his skills, movement and ball control was absolutley unreal. He run as ragged, scored an amazing free kick and without him they wouldn't of been anything.

When Lee was out for over 6 weeks Swansea dropped and that shows how good he is really.

IMO he is a very good player

Yes but he has the skill and ability to play higher, easily !

If he does that much for Swansea with some other average players imagine what he can do with other plays on his / a better wave length

Thats my opinion of him, so thought i would share that with you all.

My opinion of him as a player is shared with Evisu, he thinks he is better than what he is

If you asked him he would probably tell you he is good enough to be in the Premiership.

Thinking you are good enough, and actually being good enough are too different things

we shall see and i bet you will be suprised.

Look at darren currie, he isnt half as skillfull as trundle, but his touch is as good, and he's ipswich's dead ball master. Like trundle he hasnt got much pace, but he's doing well at championship level after moving from Brighton.
