I have a spud which i want to microwave in the work kitchen for my tea/breakfast whatever.

How long should I microwave it for?

Well pricked it, and cut a little cross in the top. Put it in for 5 mins

Went to check on backups, went back through to kitchen, and looked through the microwave window and the fucking thing was rocking backwards and forwards bouncing off the walls of the microwave

Anyhow, I took it out, opened it up and put my cheeze in.

its melting the cheese now

depending on the size of spud, anything up to 8mins on each side. place on a paper towel too to absorb excess moisture. and prick it loads

It was approximately the size of a cricket ball with a walnut smoothed into the side of it.

make sure you use a fork loads of times to make little holes in it, and wrap it up in a sheet of kitchen paper
